Without ShipAid: If package protection is declined, Soul Sip Coffee bears no responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. It will be the customer's sole responsibility to file and manage any claims or disputes directly with the shipping carrier.

What are Specialty Coffee Cupping Scores?

Cupping scores are a standardized 100-point rating system used by certified Q-Graders to evaluate a coffee's quality, aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and balance.

• 80–84.99: Very Good (Specialty Grade)
• 85–89.99: Excellent (Premium Specialty)
• 90+: Outstanding (Rare, World-Class Specialty)

We only source coffee scoring 80 points or higher to ensure exceptional quality in every cup.
