Specialty Grade Coffee

Our coffee is specialty grade certified, a distinction achieved by only 10% of coffee beans worldwide, ensuring excellence in every cup.

Certified Mycotoxin Free

Mycotoxin is a mold compound that can develop on coffee in particular caused by improper moisture control. We do not offer health advice, but suggest you investigate mycotoxins in coffee.  Our coffees are third-party lab tested and certified to be mycotoxin free. Our take is it's best to be safe, and not drink coffees without this certification.

Certified Mold and Yeast Free

Our coffees are third party tested and certified free of mold and yeast spores, which can cause inflammation or allergic reactions. We recommend investigating further to make your own informed decision. 

Certified Heavy Metal Free

Our coffee is third party tested and certified to be free of Arsenic, Cadmium, Mercury, and Lead, known as the 'Big Four' heavy metals.
